Is there anyway to retrieve the passwords from this app, the app is now no longer available in the app store. I have contact apple and they cant help
My god, this app was awesome and now because of the update I lost ALL my passwords...please fix this so I can use the app again and get my passwords back! Please send out a fix, or a 4 digit code to get back in? Thank you...
I have been looking for a passwoed keeper since i purchased my iphone. I wanted something simple, easy and trouble free. i did not want alot of bells and whistles. Just a simple password keeper. This is it!!!!! I LOVE it. Thank you so much.....
The adfition of alphabetical sorting has made this app nearly perfect. Stable and well designed its been a great app over the years and continually made better after each upgrade. Highly reccommended for anyone with more than 5 passwords.
Some bad moments
This app got updated recently then all my inputs got lost. Now its asking me over and over again for my master password. It also ask for a 4 digit number for a password that I didnt even set-up yet. Fix this app.
I am having the similiar problems as the other person. Didnt need password to get in after initial time. Any word would get me in. I downloaded the update and now it asks for a 4 digit password but I have never used or created a four digit password. Its no good to me now!
was initially very pleased but cannot open app suddenly!!! very frustrating.
How do you get access when app suddenly wont recognize your password? It stopped working for a day or so around Christmas then seemed to correct itself. But now Im locked out again. Dont be foolish and keep all your passwords in this app, because when it fails - youre toast! GRRRR!
Why had this stopped working. Cant get to any of my stored passwords. This is not funny!
I have the same issue as Peneylo. My app has worked well for months. Today I touch the app and it wont open. Any ideas? Cant get app support. Had to delete the app.
